Paper / Poster Submission guidelines

[1] Author Information :

  • For better formatted papers please use those templates: All conference papers should be formatted according to Template Paper. Template documents for Ms Word (to download):

  • Authors should sign the copyright form that warrants the paper is original and that he/she is the author of the paper, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required.

  1. Prepare the final version of your paper. Please make sure you follow the conference proceedings formatting instructions to avoid possible delay in the processing of your paper. Regular full text papers are limited to 10 pages including figures, tables and references. Please do NOT make any changes to the format e.g. fonts, margins, spacing, etc.
  2. You will need to submit both the final pdf and/or docx versions of your paper for publication in the conference proceedings. The deadline for receipt of papers is November 1, 2018. There will be no deadline extension for this.
  3. Optional-Your manuscript has to be accompanied by a signed copyright form. One author may sign the copyrights formula on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. You can download the original copyright form. Scanned copyright forms should be uploaded as well.
  4. At least one author of the paper has to register at regular fee to conference by November 01, 2018 for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

[2] Poster Preparation :

  1. The final program will contain dedicated slots for you to present your Poster. The poster should contain the significant results you obtained with your work. Visuals might make the difference to other work and underline your results.
  2. Preparation of your Poster.
  3. The poster contains a three column format. Each column can be subdivided and may conveniently be divided into sections, starting with a title of the paper, author(s), affiliation(s), city and country, problem statement and challenges, your approach/method, results/evaluation, conclusion).
